Personalized gifts are the most thoughtful gifts that you can give. Nothing can compare to that moment when you get to watch your loved ones open gifts that you took the time to think about and order. Just for them.The look on their face, will say it all. 

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions, and we hope we have answered them all.

ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS PERSONALIZED?

Yes, Every single one of our products are personalized. You can type in the relevant text on each product page. This will come through to us as a brief, that we follow to design your order. Our products are truly unique, and we are super proud of that!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE MADE?

We have a 7-10 day lead time. Occasionally in peak gifting season, we may run a little over our deadline, but don't fear, we are only a call or email away. We are a small team, and we like it that way. Quality is key here at Hello Cool and we make each product ourselves. But should it be urgent, please drop us an email and we will prioritise it: info@hellocool.co.za

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE COURIERED FROM?

Our orders get dispatched from our studio in Durban, KZN

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Not to worry, we use amazing couriers, that we have partnered with for many years. They will attempt to redeliver the next day, they will also phone you or myself if the second attempt at delivery fails.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Unfortunately not, because each of our items are personalized, they are unique to each and every customer, so we can't offer returns.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order has been packed with love, and it has left our studio, it is in the hands of the courier company. They have a 24 - 72 hour transit time, depending on your area. Outlying areas can take up to 72 hours for delivery. Please be patient :)

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Make sure you have checked your junk or spam folder. Our emails do sometimes land up there. If you still can't find our email, not to worry, just pop us an email on info@hellocool.co.za so that we can help you locate your email or resend it. If you opt to create an account at checkout, all of your records of your previous orders and current order will be stored there.

HOW DOES PAYFLEX WORK?

Payflex is a great and trustworthy pay gate that allows you to do a once off payment, or pay it off in 4 easy, interest free instalments. This is a trusted pay gate in South Africa, used my 1000s of retailers.

DO YOU SELL DIGITAL GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do. If you struggle to find it on our website, please just type in Gift Card in the search bar, and it will take you right there.

HOW TO USE PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES?
